From Aug 1, 2020 onwards, an administrative fee of HK$28 will be charged on each postal bill; an administrative fee of HK$10 will be charged on each SMS "Payment Notice". If you wish to receive the bill by email, please register at IDD007 Online Web Center cm007.hkbnes.net or call our customer service hotline for registration. In addition, the administrative fee of HK$5 will be charged for all types payment methods (except for the payment by Cheque or Direct Debit), the charges will be shown on the next bill.

From Apr 1, 2020 onwards, the IDD 007 standard rates of some major countries/ regions will be adjusted. For details, please refer to a new rate table as below .

Starting from 11 December 2019, American Express Credit Card will not be accepted for credit card or direct debit payment. The related payment method will be automatically changed to cash payment. Customers can also contact the Customer Service (121 129) of HKBN Enterprise Solutions HK Limited to change to other payment methods.

From October 2019 onwards, if the total accumulated amount due of your account is equal to or more than HK$70, the bill will be issued on a monthly basis; if the total accumulated amount due is less than HK$70, the bill will be issued every 180 days. Please settle the amount on or before the due date shown on the bill.
